Your first contact with us may be through Peter Amer who will demonstrate to you our knowledge and insight into library automation. Although not a qualified librarian, Peter has undergone an extensive induction and worked alongside Sue Jaiteh (formerly Librarian at Alcan Interrnational and who implemented her first web OPAC in 1995 - yes that early!) for the past three years. He has worked in clients' libraries to learn and understand what goes on inside a special library and how and why our software is designed to fit differnent needs. Peter is there to help and guide you and find the best solution from the different systems that we have available. And if we can't meet your needs, he will be the first to say so!
