He or she will vet the submission, classify it, check it for accuracy and content before accepting it for publication into the Knowledge Base and making it accessible. Users who are interested and work in that business area are alerted to the new submission and are able to rate the content, add their own coments and experiences thereby creating new knowledge that can be shared with the original contributor.
