Customers with a valid Inmagic maintenance contract are able to login to the Inmagic Customer Extranet to gain access to support information, technical documents, and value added information about using your products to their best advantage.

What you will find in the Customer Extranet:

  • Product Downloads - Download any available new versions, updates, and technical documents for your specific product.
  • Service Packs - Available patches and recommended updates for Inmagic products.
  • Product Documentation - Access technical notes, README files, help files, installation notes, and other documentation for Inmagic products.
  • Support Knowledgebase - This technical support knowledgebase is accessible 24/7. Search by product, article number or keyword to find helpful information.
  • Frequently Asked Questions - Most commonly accessed elements of the Support Knowledgebase.
  • Online User Forums - Inmagic users should also consider subscribing to the Inmagic Forms. They are a great way to share your questions and experiences, and get support from Inmagic users from around the world. You can either just view the topics, or if you subscribe, you can receive notifications of new messages via email, either as they are posted, or in daily or weekly digests. You can also pick and chose which forums you would like to subscribe to and set the e-mail notification preferences in each one individually.
