Soutron offers timely, reliable and professional support though telephone, email or interactive web meeting sessions to enable you to take full advantage of the power of Inmagic products and applications. We want to provide information to help you understand and utilise Inmagic's solutions, connect you with other Inmagic users, help you learn more about information management, and offer plenty of resources to make you more effective in your job.

Soutron clients with valid product support contracts can contact the Helpdesk about a problem they are experiencing, product installation and implementation questions. (Please include the text of any error messages you receive).

Online Remote Access

Soutron subscribes to the web based online meeting service from GoToMeeting to provide our clients with interactive online support. The GoToMeeting service enables rapid diagnosis and resolution of support issues through instant sharing and interaction with remote client desktops. This allows us to diagnose problems, and with permission, transfer files, run patches or updates and test the performance of applications without the need to schedule on-site visits.  GoToMeeting provides secure and universal connectivity via the Internet, allowing our clients to connect and collaborate at any time from any place without requiring modifications to their security infrastructure.  We also make use of GoToMeeting for training, application design and installation, and sales presentations.
